The youngest Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer in India is Ansar Ahmad Shaikh, who cleared the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) exam in 2016 at the age of 21, securing the All India Rank 361.
Born on June 1, 1995, Shaikh hails from Jalna, Maharashtra, and comes from a humble background. His father was an autorickshaw driver and his mother worked in fields. His younger brother dropped out of school to work in a garage and support the family while Shaikh prepared for his exams.
